We have the following management systems in place
Quality Management
Broadlex’s quality management system is certified to the AS/NZS ISO 9001- Quality Management System standard and is rigidly enforced. Our Quality Service Reports assist in assessing our service standard and maintaining quality control. We also participate in regular joint quality inspections with client representatives. Our certified quality management system instils confidence in our clients and empowers us to provide and monitor consistent service levels.
Environmental Management System
Broadlex’s environmental management system is certified to the AS/NZS ISO 14001- Environmental management systems standard. Broadlex has sustainability initiatives in place to avoid any adverse effects on the environment. Our initiatives include the use of ‘green’ cleaning methods, biodegradable cleaning products, and energy efficient, durable equipment and machinery.
Work, Health and Safety Management System
Broadlex is committed to providing safe, healthy, and productive working environments, and we collaborate with our clients to achieve these outcomes. The importance we place on work, health, and safety is rivalled only by our commitment to provide an excellent service, resulting in a positive relationship with our clients and workers. Broadlex’s Work, Health and Safety management system is certified by Global-Mark to the AS/NZS ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management standard.
Broadlex is a leader on work health and safety practices, achieving near zero LTI’s whilst maintaining high KPI’s.
Risk Management System
Broadlex conducts risk assessments and manages risks in line with the ISO 31000 Risk Management standard. In conjunction with the risk management team, operations managers and workers are required to manage the risk assessment process at the workplace.
Our experienced operations managers and risk management departments undertake the following duties:
- Incident reporting and investigation
- Work, health, and safety management
- Worker’s compensation claims management
- Injury management and rehabilitation
- Site safety and risk audits
- Safety education and training
